Frequently asked questions
- Is pricing per product?
- Yes. Drug Store System is the first product available, priced as shown above. Other products will be priced when they launch, and each is billed at the tier you choose for it.
- Is there a free trial?
- You can try the Drug Store System demo free for 14 days with no credit card. The demo is a practice workspace filled with sample data, so you can see how everything works. When you're ready, subscribe to get an empty workspace of your own; the subscription is paid up front, with no free period after that.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Yes. Pay for a year up front and get two months free: ฿6,900 per branch for Starter or ฿19,900 per branch for Growth. Monthly billing stays available.
- Will the Starter launch price go up?
- Not for you. Starter customers who join at ฿690 keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active. If we raise the Starter price later, it applies only to new customers. The price is kept while you stay on Starter: if you upgrade to Growth and later move back, the Starter price at that time applies.
- Is VAT included? Do you issue tax invoices?
- The price shown is the price you pay: we are not VAT-registered at this time, so no VAT is added and we cannot issue tax invoices. Every payment gets a receipt, and you can add your company name, tax ID and address to it.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Anytime, from your account page. Upgrading to Growth takes effect immediately, and you pay only the difference between the two plans for the days left in the period you've already paid for. Moving down to Starter takes effect when your paid period ends, and we don't refund the rest of it. Your data stays intact either way.
- What counts as a branch?
- One physical location. Extra POS terminals or kiosk devices in the same location do not count.
