1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how TAKE A DEV ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data through takeadev.com. It's written to be read alongside Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), which governs how we're expected to handle your information.
2. What we collect
The only personal data this website actively collects is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, company name, the product you're interested in, and your message. We don't require an account to browse the site, and we don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies to track visitors.
If a demo sandbox is available for a product and you use it, avoid entering real personal data of your own customers or patients into it — see our Terms of Service for why.
3. How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry — for example, to schedule a demo or answer a pricing question. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Where it's stored
Contact-form submissions are stored in a Postgres database hosted by our infrastructure provider, Supabase. If you provide an email address and we have email notifications configured, a copy of your message may also pass through our email-delivery provider, Resend, solely to notify our team of your inquiry. Neither provider is authorized to use your data for their own purposes.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business communications. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data, subject to any legal obligation we have to keep it;
- withdraw consent for us to contact you.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@takeadev.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site and our products evolve — for instance, if we add analytics or a new data processor. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
